Tax Plan 2012 passed by Upper House 

 

On December 20, 2011, the Upper House passed the Tax Plan 2012. This bill includes measures in respect of corporate income tax and dividend withholding tax. The most important developments in these areas that have taken place since our last memorandums on the Tax Plan are discussed in this memorandum.
