#  België: e-invoicing, btw-compliance en het concept btw-vaste inrichting

Op donderdag 13 november houden wij een **onlinesessie indirect tax** over enkele hot topics in het Belgische btw-landschap. Zo gaan we in op e-invoicing, de Belgische btw-compliance en het Belgisch perspectief op de btw-vaste inrichting.  
   
Vanaf 1 januari 2026 geldt in België de e-invoicingverplichting. Wij gaan nader in op het concept van e-invoicing, het toepassingsgebied en de praktische implementatie van deze nieuwe wijze van factureren.

Daarnaast gaan wij in op btw-complianceverplichtingen waaronder de “btw-ketting” die periodieke btw-verplichtingen ingrijpend wijzigt.   
  
Tot slot staan we stil bij het Belgisch perspectief op de btw-vaste inrichting.  
  
*Deze sessie is relevant voor Tax-(compliance)professionals die in aanraking komen met de Belgische btw-regelgeving en op een interactieve manier een beter zicht willen krijgen op de verplichtingen, de nieuwigheden en onze praktische ervaringen in dit verband.*
