Ondernemers hebben te maken met diverse complianceverplichtingen op het vlak van omzetbelasting, zoals de btw-(suppletie)aangifte, de opgaaf intracommunautaire prestaties (ICP) en de Intrastat aangifte voor internationale goederen/diensten transacties.

Kwalificeert een ondernemer als binnenlands of buitenlandsbelastingplichtige en hoe werkt dit door in het rapporteren van de transacties in de relevante aangiften? Ook van belang is om te weten welke documenten je als ondernemer beschikbaar moet hebben om de relevante aangiften op te kunnen stellen. Idealiter worden alle relevante transacties direct op de juiste wijze gerapporteerd in de diverse typen aangiften en binnen de daarvoor gestelde termijnen.
