During our webcast on **Tuesday, December 3, 2024** we will provide a refresher on DAC7 reporting obligations for platform operators, including an update on developments around DAC7.

**The following matters will be discussed:**

- Refresher on the scope and reporting obligations of DAC7, including practical experience with the filing obligations in 2024.
- FAQs from our clients regarding complying with this new reporting obligation, particularly the definitions, scope, submission processes and available technologies supporting data management &amp; compliance
- Issues recently discussed with the Dutch tax authorities and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
- Important worldwide developments regarding reporting obligations for platforms
- Q&amp;A session.
