#  Suppletie btw, belastingrente en boetes

3. Suppletie btw, belastingrente en boetes

Het kan voorkomen dat een btw-aangifte onjuistheden bevat. In dat geval moet een ondernemer zijn eerdere btw-aangifte in principe middels een suppletie corrigeren. Vanaf 1 januari 2025 geldt dat de suppletie uiterlijk 8 weken na het constateren van de onjuistheid ingediend moet worden.   
Het niet (tijdig) voldoen aan deze verplichting kan leiden tot boetes.

In deze nieuwe **'Onlinesessie indirect tax'** gaan wij nader in op de relevante aspecten van de suppletie(verplichting). Daarnaast besteden wij aandacht aan de mogelijke gevolgen van suppleties voor de belastingrente en boetes.
