We are pleased to invite you to our next Transfer Pricing webcast where we will discuss a few recent transfer pricing rulings rendered by the Dutch courts on financial transactions issues and the broader implications these rulings have for taxpayers’ transfer pricing policies.

The webcast is hosted by Agata Uceda and Valentin Krustev.

Agata and Valentin will discuss the recent Dutch court rulings, which touch upon important technical transfer pricing issues such as intercompany guarantee fees, the role of implicit support/passive association and receivables factoring arrangements.
