#  Country-by-Country Reporting: landenoverzicht notificatieverplichtingen

Op grond van de OESO-modelwetgeving inzake ‘[Country-by-Country Reporting](https://www.meijburg.nl/node/1900)’ (hierna: CbCR) dienen groepsentiteiten voor het einde van het verslagjaar een notificatie te doen omtrent de rapporterende entiteit. Meijburg & Co heeft het Engelstalige overzicht geactualiseerd van de CbCR-notificatieverplichtingen voor alle landen die (momenteel) met ingang van 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 en 2023 definitieve CbCR-wetgeving hebben geïmplementeerd. Wij merken op dat dit overzicht aan verandering onderhevig kan zijn zodra landen deze wetgeving definitief implementeren of bijvoorbeeld wanneer zij alsnog besluiten om uitstel te verlenen.
