#  Interview: Gelijk hebben betekent niet altijd gelijk krijgen 

 2 november 2022 

Dikwijls komen belastingplichtige bedrijven terecht in disputen of geschillen met belastingautoriteiten. Binnen Meijburg & Co probeert de marktgroep Tax Controversy deze geschillen voor te zijn. Op welke manier kunnen geschillen onder meer voorkomen worden? Door het verkrijgen van zekerheid vooraf in de vorm van een Advance Tax Ruling (ATR), Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) of een Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (BAPA). Dit begint bij de vraag: hoe zit je als belastingplichtige in de wedstrijd?
