#  Survey: Navigating the global tax disputes landscape

KPMG heeft een wereldwijde [**survey** ](https://meijburg.nl/sites/default/files/2023-03/navigating-the-global-tax-disputes-landscape_v3.pdf)gedaan naar ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van Tax Controversy. Uit het onderzoek blijkt dat bedrijven een aanzienlijke toename zien van belastingcontroles en geschillen, en alles wijst erop dat de belastingdiensten in de toekomst nog actiever zullen worden. Boekenonderzoeken vinden frequenter plaats, belastingautoriteiten hanteren een meer agressieve benadering en boetes zijn hoger.  
  
En de belangrijkste onderwerpen van de disputen: transfer pricing en renteaftrek. Nederland wijkt in zoverre niet af van de wereldwijde trends.
