#  Arresten Europese Hof van Justitie over begrip uiteindelijk gerechtigde in Interest- en royaltyrichtlijn en Moeder-dochterrichtlijn

**Op 26 februari 2019 heeft het Europese Hof van Justitie (HvJ) twee arresten gewezen over het begrip uiteindelijk gerechtigde in de Interest- en royaltyrichtlijn en de Moeder-dochterrichtlijn. Het HvJ oordeelde dat het aan de verwijzende rechters is om in voorkomende gevallen na te gaan of sprake is van misbruik van recht.**
