1. Pay transparency is fast approaching. Is your company fully data-ready?
On January 19, 2026 the amended bill on the Dutch implementation of the EU Directive on Pay Transparency was sent to the Council of State. The new rules are expected to take effect as of January 1, 2027. Employers will then be obliged to answer requests for information about salaries and large employers will have to report on gender pay gaps.
To help organizations with this, we have developed the Equal Pay Report Dashboard. This dashboard provides quick insight into gender pay gaps, provides information for the reporting process and can help you to comply with the new EU requirements.
Download the factsheet in Dutch or in English for more information.
